We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened supplements or consumables, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@peakrecoveryrx.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us at support@peakrecoveryrx.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
