Refund & Return Policy

 

At Peak Recovery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

 

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, supplements and nutrition products are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, whether opened or unopened. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

 

How to Start a Return: To begin a return, contact our team at websb19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
